Every rental includes an on-site attendant, custom-branded overlays, unlimited sessions, instant text and email delivery, and a post-event gallery. Guests get their photos and videos by text or email within seconds, and our facial recognition delivery means they register once and receive every photo they appear in for the rest of the event, without scanning a QR code each time. Custom booth wraps, printed output, backdrops, and branded microsites are available as add-ons.

On an LVCC floor where attendees pace themselves by aisle, a free professional portrait earns the stop. In a Strip ballroom or a nightclub activation, the 360 platform becomes the room's magnet. The arm sweeps a full circle while the camera rolls high-speed, then a graded clip with your music and intro card lands on the guest's phone as they step down. The platform needs a 10 by 10 foot space and a standard 15-amp outlet, and if power isn't available where you want the booth, it can run on battery as long as we know in advance.

The sit-in booth everyone recognizes, rebuilt to professional standards: a Canon EOS R100 mirrorless camera and a professional dye-sublimation printer that puts two classic 2x6 photo strips in each guest's hand before they step out. Add our branding options and the entire main body of the booth can carry your brand, so in a resort ballroom or a hospitality suite the booth itself becomes the installation.

Design your strip, we print it live at your event!
Our Enclosed Photo Booth prints two classic 2x6 photo strips every session, right inside the booth, so guests walk out with strips in hand. Want to see yours before the big day? Our strip designer lets you pick a vertical or horizontal layout, choose 3 or 4 photos, and drop your logo into the open slot. Send it to us with your event details, and we'll print it live at your event.
Printing doesn't stop at strips. Custom Badges, Custom Buttons, and Trading Cards are printed on site too, so guests leave with something they can wear, trade, or keep.

We're a Las Vegas company. Our team, our equipment, and our warehouse are all here, which is why brands like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and the NBA call us for their Vegas activations. We've run 360 booths at the Venetian for ServiceNow's Knowledge conference, at the Wynn for Salesforce during AWS re:Invent, at the Bellagio's Mayfair Supper Club, and at NBA Summer League. In any given week you'll find us on a convention floor, in a Strip ballroom, or inside Omnia, XS, or Zouk.
Working here every week shapes how we build. Our photo booths hand-carry in, so there's no freight elevator to wait on, and the GlamBot rolls in through the venue's service entrance with our own crew. Setup takes an hour or less, which fits the tight load-in windows Vegas venues are known for. We bring our own hotspot to every event, and if the signal drops, photos queue on the device and send the moment the connection returns.
Every Las Vegas activation includes a trained attendant, custom-branded overlays, and instant delivery to each guest's phone. After the event, your team receives the full gallery. Lead capture and analytics are available as a custom-quoted upgrade.

Out-of-state vendors often build travel, lodging, and shipping into your quote or add them later as line items. We never charge a travel fee, ever, and in Vegas ours is a local load-in.

If your floor plan changes three days out, or registration numbers call for a second booth, we can accommodate it. A company shipping across the country cannot.

We work Strip resorts, convention halls, and nightclubs every week. Our photo booths hand-carry in with no crate staging and no waiting on the dock, and we already know each venue's service entrance for the GlamBot.
Backup equipment is 20 minutes away.

Add the lead capture upgrade and it's built into the delivery flow, so every guest who opts in becomes a contact record you own.
We handle the operational side: certificates of insurance for the venue, load-in coordination with your general service contractor, union labor requirements where they apply, and setup inside your assigned window.

Product launches, sales kickoffs, award ceremonies, hospitality suites, and after-parties across the Strip. We have produced activations across Las Vegas venues including Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay, and Venetian Expo.
Everything can be branded end to end: the overlay on the photo, the wrap on the booth, the landing page the guest lands on, and the email they receive. If your team needs content for social within the hour, we can deliver a curated feed during the event.

Yes, we set up in Strip nightclubs and dayclubs. We work regularly at Omnia, XS, and Zouk. Nightlife setups come with tight load-in windows, low ambient light, and a limited footprint, and we scope each one accordingly.
