Refund Policy

A non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of 50% of the total cost is due upon contract signing. Date is not confirmed without a paid retainer. Client agrees to pay Total Fees even if the Client chooses to cancel the order. Customer may cancel this agreement by giving notice to URBNphoto no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup/delivery date. In the event the order is cancelled the Customer will lose their non-refundable retainer as well as any balances paid to date. Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the retainer shall be forfeited and the event considered cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received. Cancellations made prior to 30 days will forfeit their retainer and any payments received.
